Osteoarthritis is a chronic disabling disease with acute exacerbations. It is one of the most disabling of all diseases worldwide.
We the undersigned are desirous of forming a society namely “Society for Osteoarthritis Research” with the Acronym “SOAR” under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 in pursuance of this Memorandum of Association of the society.
